Policies and Agreements
By signing this agreement, you agree to the itinerary planning fee of $250.
This deposit is fully redeemable off the final balance of your holiday trip once booked however should you decide not to proceed with a booking this fee is non-refundable and covers some of my valuable time. Once payment is received your itinerary and quotation will be ready within 2-5 working days depending on the complexity of your trip.
I commit to providing competitive pricing on all arrangements through the various suppliers I deal with and the great partner agreements I have with all major international and domestic travel providers.
I commit to working closely with you during this itinerary planning process offering my advice, ideas and vision to make your holiday unique and memorable. I will arrange to have a phone consultation with you to discuss your travel needs in more detail. If you decide to proceed with a booking, I then continue to make the necessary reservations and get the arrangements secured with the required deposits. Once full payment is received, your travel documents will be posted to you approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure. A major part of my service is offering full support whilst you are away and that includes being available after hours and weekends if you require any changes or assistance due to unforeseen circumstances.

BPAY is the preferred method of payment. Please note that BPAY payments made via credit card will incur a merchant fee. You can also contact me over the phone to arrange payment via credit card.
